2018 3rd Annual GON Dinner - Illinois (updated below with scouting pics!)

Hey Folks -

It may seem like it is a LONG way out but November will be here before we know it.

I propose that we schedule our 3rd annual GON dinner in Rushville on Saturday, 3 November.

We have had some great groups and it has been wonderful to put the faces with the names and “GON handles”.

I am open to other days but my guess is most archers will be arriving the first weekend in November.

Hey Folks!

Just got back from scouting trip with my buddy Keith (Techfire 55).

His first Midwest trip so it was an eye opener.

Very hot and had a lot of rain, so the weeds are awful - in some cases they create a near impenetrable wall. Stinging and prickly - they are hard on your legs!

Really looking forward to the dinner and hope we have a great crowd!

Have attached some pics of bucks that appear to have made it through the season or that are in velvet and were captured recently. Some of the pics are not great because they are pics of pics....

Refreshed almost all cams (about 15) so hope to have some good images come November...
