708 Acres SE Kansas Gun Season Only

There are 2 of us bowhunting 708 acres in Kansas for 2010 right now, and need 2-3 other ethical hunters to lease the rifle rights. Its unit #12, near Fedonia, KS. Property has creek, with hardwoods, one side is corn the other soybeans. You would need to apply in Kansas for Permit by April 30th for Gun. We need $2,500.00 for the entire Gun Season, so split 2 ways would run a reasonable 1250.00 a piece to hunt prime property. (Dec. 1st-12) In Kansas you can either hunt gun or bow, not both. You could get up to 3 people for the rifle season, but the farmers leasing us the ground don't want more than 5, we would prefer 2 others, but will take what we can get. We would leave the property completely alone once rifle is in, and likely won't be out there but once for 5 days (Nov. 10-15). Serious inquiries only please, Call Marc at 404-314-9270.
