Plant clover in there to help build up the soil. Most soils in Georgia was raped and left deficient for the sake of cotton back in the day. To me it is great that we can make the ground productive again with a little work and the planning to respect the land.

That is some fine sweet corn if it is triple sweet. I have been planting it for several years, bc0805 for me. We tried the white triple sweet as well this year. Yum Yum.

Yep, white triple sweet, was going to do peaches and cream but its not tolerant to liberty.

Great looking test plot. Did you mulch the 64 rows also. Can't be pickin corn with a lot of weeds around my ankles.

No mulch, just a qt of atrazine, a qt of roundup, and a qt of gramoxone at planting, and it was essentially strip tilled at planting.
