Accountability Barr Style

The two guards responsible for guarding Epstein are placed on administrative leave and the warden has been transferred.

That type punishment is probably overly harsh, don't you think?

Transferred so they could run cover on the next Clinton mission.

Admin leave does not count against earned leave time. THe guards will also continue to receive matching retirement benefits along with continuing to accrue vacation and sick leave time (at 4 hours every 2 weeks). Those guards may be forced to take full pay until retirement when they will get lump sum pay for accrued leave and be stuck collecting an enormous pension check from OPM.

Thank the Lord that those poor guards recently received a grant from the Clinton Initiative to tide them over.

Barr is not impressive to me. Republicans love big talk
He certainly hasn't held anybody "Accountable" as yet. He sure does talk about it a lot though. Maybe too much based on how much "accountability" he has imposed so far.

Accountable in name only. Accountability is like a good military command, the preparatory phase and the execution phase. He's great at the preparatory phase, but without the execution you're just standing there in an awkward pose.

Double to the rear with a slight hesitation - March!

They better place them in protective custody.

I swear this sounds like the witness protection program setup, the more and more that comes out. Someone mentioned it and I thought about it and it’s very plausible. He’s not dead, he’s probably living in Amish country somewhere and the guards are about to get a similar change of life.

No, but under the civil service act, this is probably all that can be done until they have a termination hearing.
