Very interesting article....

Although its not implying the creature in question is an alien from outerspace, the implications of the creatures existance here on earth is significant in terms of evolutionary biology.

Seems this creature may have been the product of a completely different evolution process since it nervous system is comprised of molecules different from any other creature currently known to science.

This creature is suspected to be the product of a different "primordially soup" and may shed light on how life may develop on other planets.

To me it also highlights that there is so much more to learn. The popular press makes so many absolute statements. As if what we know to date is the final word and is written in stone.

Because true aliens would have the same body shape as us. Hollywood style they would go thru millions of years of evolution on their planet. Develop interstellar travel to come here just to abduct busty blonds in bikinis.
