Have to warn you.....you’ll want to punch him in the face after a few minutes, but it does look simple to get a good bird that way.

Too new fangled for me, if they're around in say 8-10 years, I might think about give'n one a try.

Thanks, turkey turned out awesome with just some bacon grease, cheekun broth and a large onion stuffed in the cavity. Cooked a ham soon after the same way minus the onion. Really good stuff !!! Both were tender and moist in less than an hour a piece.
