Are the Federal hunting places closed due to the government shutdown?

Are places like bond swamp closed for hunting and other activities? Thinking about squirrel hunting there, just not sure if it will be open

As of 12/21/18 the National Wildlife Refuges are closed.

Federal law enforcement is still in the job. Just not getting paid. I imagine they are not in a good mood. Catching folks hunting on a closed refugee might not make them happier v

Feds I talked to at Piedmont yesterday just checked my license and wished me well.

The ones I've talked to a Bond Swamp weren't as nice, though. I don't go there anymore. Dude gave me a big hassle and then seemed offended when I said I was leaving and wouldn't be back. Good luck with them.
