I found my best shed to date 10 yards from the base of my stand on the last day of archery (Jan 31st) 2 years ago. Not knowing it then, i was hunting right on top of his bed.

Got a pic last year of a buck with both sides...45 minutes later got the same buck with one side missing. He held on to that remaining side for another 2 weeks!

We had a buck accidentally shot last day of season..already shed...I've got at least 4 on camera that have shed both sides or one side already in pike cointy
