Artifacts from the garden

Two very small but complete stone somethings I found recently . The fat one may be a tiny scraper and the other looks drillish but both have a lot of curvature being made from flakes...but I really don't have a good thought about either. They are both made from the same material that is strange to me, not from our farm. Any ideas?

Those look to have been made with micro-blades struck from a core. Those are usually really old, or fairly recent. Paleo people made them, and Woodland people, but not many folks in between.

What were they used for? I don't think drill...too dull . Fat one wouldn't be much of a scraper either .

Who knows? Imagine somebody 2,000 years from now trying to figure out what we used a Tupperware lettuce keeper, butt-out tool, eyelash curler, or valve spring compressor for.

This made my morning. And so true.
