Looking for 1-3 people for 262 ac lease in Barbour county AL. Has 1-2 ac duck pond. 90 ac hardwoods rest is in thinned pines (2009) planted in early 90's. 2 creeks.
No "private" areas. 9 food plots/clearings already in place. 4 permanent stands are in place (2 person towers).
I have tractor and all implements to plant, and maintain road system.
Dues dependent on amount of people. Need money by 1st of AUG.
