I'm in. I always suck at fantasy things, but maybe it'll be fun.

Glad to have you on board. Don't worry, 1) You'll have fun. 2) You can't suck any worse than I did last year, my score was so low they wouldn't even post it, just said 20,000th +.

A few days left before deadline and we're at 29. If the forecast doesn't change, it looks like they're in for a harsh 4 days on Martin. If it stays as reported, I won't be making the trip. I'd love to be there, but I'd hate to get sick watching them get paid to fish (that I can watch on my computer in my warm, dry office). Then miss the run coming in a few weeks.

Based on pro's pre - tourny ranking. Kinda funny since they're in alphabetical order, but I guess their computer is programed to do it any way. Glad to have you on board, it's free, fun and you have as much chance to "GUESS" as good as anybody out there. Good luck.

What run??? Temps in the 40's ain't nothing but a high temp flu like running! Gonna need some serious warm up for a fish to even warm up enough to eat something!
Betcha I can catch some white bass in a certain spot between now and Valentines!!

It took 23lbs to win on Sinclair on Saturday
I don't fish tournaments or keep up with them much, but from what little I have seen that's a really good sack on Sinclair. I'm used to hearing about 11 to 14 pounds being the winning weight. I'm tempted to go out a few hours tonight after 6 and see if the rain and warm temps turned them on.

Sinclair Money
I used to fish 3 Tourneys in row at Sinclair starting in early February and running til' early March for years. Most of those tourneys it's a 25-28lb. sack to win.
Have placed in the money a whole lot of times and have had 2nd Big fish money. Caught my biggest Bass from public water there along with lot's of 4-5-6 lb. fish. Have had to dip rod in water to un-freeze the eyes on my rods, but yet still catch large fish in 2-3 ft. water on man made structure.
The secret??? Fish down stream and across the lake where the warm water steam plant creek dumps into the river and warms the temps up and big bass get hungry early to fatten up for the spawn!
Of course you remember they changed the flow of the steam plant due to fish die-offs in the too warm water near the plant. It still fishes good maybe not as good as it used to be, but will still be warmer and nice fish gotta eat.
After March it's like fish a summertime pond, too warm.
And that's a fact Jack! It is slam full of catfish too some nice ones, but especially the little squealers that I like!

Well, day one's in the books and I'm already in a 500+ points hole. I can't believe some from Dadeville can't fish any better on Martin than Kellye Jaye did today.

I talked Shannon into signing up last night. We can't figure out how she can pick her team. I'm talking about for the next tournament as this one is locked down of course.

Also, how come some guys who's weight is the same after 2 days are tied for a position while another couple with the same weight are in separate back to back positions?

I'm Stonehenge on there. She won't be able to pick her team until after this tourny ends and all the points are final, then they'll open it up. As for your 2nd question, that's something deep in the Elite's scoring rules and I haven't got a clue. Prob. something to do with their list of tie breakers, which is a long list, but sometimes they still end up tied, especially in the first tourny.
Day two in the books and I'm a little bit better off, just 444 points behind now, but the two guys I counted on are out. Still can't see how 2 guys, 1 with a house ON lake Martin (Kelley Jaye) and 1 grows up 10 miles away (Greg Vinson) can fish so bad there when a guy from Texas that's never seen the lake is tearing them up.
