For a long time I have had a very similarly styled holster made by Galco. Their patent much have expired. It is very comfortable and conceals a weapon well under a jacket or suit coat that is not too form fitting. It also carries the weapon in a manner that is quick and easy to access and keeps the muzzle pointed away from the body. I can't say that for anyone standing to the rear of the user though. LOL
