Bobcat and Fox hunting

When hunting for bobcat or fox, night hunting is allowed. Are thermal sights also allowed? I don't see this clearly in the regulations. Also, it is now legal to kill them with a center fire of .17 caliber or larger. Am I looking at this correctly?

As to center fire rifles you are correct. You can bust them with a 30.06 while your deer hunting. I don't understand the reasoning behind it. A high caliber rifle ruins the hide. I'm not much for killing any critter just for the sake of killing. I would think thermals are legal also

Yotes are different. He's asking about foxes a bobcats. If your a quail hunter and could see targeting them
