Smoked a butt last weekend and it came out great. Today took some leftovers from the Boston butt and made some pull pork nachos. It went down good with cold beer while watching the football games on tv.
JB I would love your recipe that meat looks amazing . how big was it? smoke temp and time if you`re willing to share . I had to go buy one after I saw yours . gonna try it tomorrow . If I`m right I need to get it on the pellet smoker by about 5am.
Nothing special I just put it on the smoker let it cook around 250 for about 7 hours. Charcoal then burn out so I wrapped it and put it in the oven at 250. At that time meat was 165,and I cooked until it hit 195,which took about 2 hours.
