bowfishing, Please Help

I got drawn for the gator hunt and I am now coming to the realization that I have never shot at anything in the water. I would love it if someone could/would take me bowfishing some time this month (Preferably this Friday or Saturday) to get me prepared. Thanks in advance, Mark

You're not going to shoot under the water. You shoot them in the neck at the waterline. Needs to be about a 10 yd shot if possible.

The other thing you can do is to practice throwing a harpoon in the yard. You need to really stick em but not fall out of the boat
