Breakthrough Clean Technoligies Dry Lube with PTFE

I bought this stuff at Walmart. I wanted to use it in place of Breakfree CLP as a gun inside and out protectant since they took out Teflon. It appears this stuff has it. However when I sprayed it, it was a white dry film which you can scrape some or all (not sure off.)_. I thought it would dry to a hard film. I looked on the manufacturer's website and it says nothing about using it on guns. However Walmart had it in the gun cleaning/lubrication section. Does anybody know of this stuff or better yet use it. Was afraid to use in the barrel. I guess lubricating the bolt would work. Hate to have spent the money only to use it on squeaky door hinges.

PTFE is more commonly known as Teflon isn't it?
I have seen and use 2 types of Teflon. One as you describe as dry and one that has a different propellant that stays wet longer. Doesn't Teflon make some kind of acid when it burns?
