I'm surprised it took them this long. This is the same state that banned mountain lion hunting when they had a healthy population. Now they pay people to kill more mountain lions than the hunters were paying the government to do it. And lost the revenue that would have gone toward conservation and wildlife.

The only state that feeds its citizens to the animals. Eventually the right animal will get ahold of the right person and someone will spend billions on another study of how hunting and trapping might actually be beneficial.
