Catawba Tree Issue

Back in the late spring, after the last frost, I brought home a catawba tree seedling from my hunt camp and planted it in my back yard here in north Florida. It was doing fine until a few days back when I noticed it was leaning over at about 45 degree angle. I just figured my grandson hit while playing so I pulled it upright and staked it.

A day or two later, the leaves wilted. Today it looks like it is on the way to death. I have another seedling I set out at the same time that is doing fine so far.

Any thoughts? I sure don't want to lose both of them.

Thanks.
