Looks awesome! I am starting my man cave in the basement and wanted to keep the concrete floor. Love the floor in yours! How did you finish yours like that and how hard was it?

HF, the floor wasn't hard but there was a learning curve. The bedroom area I finished had oil stains from years gone by. I kind of used it as a training room. I figured I would put an LVT or something similar over the stain, if/when I ever actually use it for a bedroom.

There are several different kinds of stain, but I used an acetone dye. Its a dye that mixes with acetone and is sprayed on. I put an urethane sealer over it. I'll shoot you a PM with some info.

dawg, I did the floors myself but I did have a friend there helping as I sprayed.
