Closest trout stream to marietta?

I assume that you have been fishing the Hootch, so the easiest access for you would probably be the Delayed Harvest area of the Amicalola River just outside of Dawsonville. Or Rock Creek, Noontootla Creek, and Cartecay River, around the Ellijay area. The Noontoola has some primitve camping areas but there are only 5 spots. So get there early. Artificial Only in the trophy area.

its only got a large pool or two but Stamp Creek up in Bartow County in the Pine Log WMA is around 35 minutes from North Marietta..
