Daughters Birthday Dinner…

Usually take our daughter out for her birthday, but the options are typically limited being Christmas Eve. This year she requested that I smoke some wings and have dinner at home! She wanted potato skins to go with them, and I threw in some bang bang shrimp for good measure.
Kind of a game day spread, but that’s what she wanted and I was more than happy to oblige!

Our typical preparation recipe of Greek dressing, dusted with Cavenders on the grill.
