Up to you but the seller is no longer part of Ebay; that being said there is no time frame for starting a dispute but, so you know, I did wait 60 days and watched the seller disappear from Ebay before I filed mine.

I filed for a refund this afternoon. This Saturday will be 60 days for me also.
