Anyone on here get drawn? I got drawn for the 2nd hunt and just wondering from anyone thats gone before on the quotas there if you usually hear a good number of birds or not so much? I know the hogs are overtaking the place I hear.

My son and I have been chosen twice since 2008, the birds were screaming should have killed 3 in 2008 but my son didn’t have a shot and I wanted to double so I let them walk. Seems like the harvest numbers have been down the last 3-4 years

I got drawn for the first hunt, will be my first turkey hunt.

Hunted it last year and it was slow the first adult hunt. Heard some birds on occasion but they were slow and the people who hunted all seemed to know the better spots. Stay on the edges and especially close to the big creek that run through there. Good luck!
