Fresh inside tenderloin from the deer I killed last Sunday. Backstrap pieces seared on the outside. Everything med rare. Jalapeños, tomatoes, onions with some butter steamed up. And might as well have some French fries too. I tried to make the plate look presentable for a pic. Then it got messed up quick. Twice! I haven't eaten this good in at least a couple weeks. Nothing like college football and good grilling
