Have 400 acres of rice, soybean, and cornfields with water on it when asked to be flooded by the farmer. Has four blinds, good road system to get to blinds. Farmer/ landowner is great person. Lease also includes 90x90 heated shop with bunks to sleep all you want. Includes kitchen, full bathroom, ice machine. 1000.00 a member for the full 2011-2012 duck/ goose season.
