Editing toolbar grayed out?

Other than when on my Android tablet, my post toolbar is grayed out. Pc, Mac and Android phone, all I can do is post and attach a picture. any ideas how I can get the toolbar back?

Figured it out. Click on the little gear icon....they turn back on. Leaving this here for anyone else the happens to fat finger the toolbar!
