The last vehicle in my name I asked him if it was a simple interest loan. He said yes. LIAR! I owed 15K on a 18K car with trade in 3 years later and book price dropped to 5K. Never made another payment on it and hid it from repo for five years. Repo didn’t leave or send me the tag back. I reported it stolen. Did not effect my credit score any.
Just saying you can go underwater with a compound interest loan on a vehicle very fast. Better to lease.
