In my opinion, we are lucky to see a white phased fox squirrel.
I have only seen one pure white fox squirrel 10 or so years ago. I have been on the search ever since. I (missed) an all white male with a black face opening day this year and I am still sick as a dog about it. As that is my throphy buck. I my never get another chance.

Funny you said 10 years. It's been almost 10 years exactly since I saw a white one while deer hunting on a Joe Kurz quota hunt. All I had was a deer rifle and I've wanted to go back and look for that white fox squirrel ever since! First and last I've ever seen.

White one as in albino??
Or white hair on regular squirrel skin?
I never seen a white fox squirrel...never knew they came that way

I hadn't either until that day. It was beautiful.
