Looking for input on this company's Deer & Turkey mix. Was looking for a good mixture on a larger plot for fall and winter, was wondering if this was a decent one. Looks like it has: wheat, oats, rye, crimson clover, peas and rape.

It looks like it has all the basic things that i would be interested in using! The only negative is that the crimson clover and rape are small seeds and if they are in the same bag, as the larger seeds, like the wheat, oats, rye and peas, they can get planted too deep.

I will always plant the larger seeds first, cover them and then spread the smaller seeds over top. A clover seed planted more than 1/4" deep, won't germinate.

I don't know how big of a plot you have, but you can always mix your own!
