Doesn't sound like too big of a deal though.
Fresh off the bush isn't a game winner for me, but cooked, added sugar, tasted pretty good, got one batch with some of those itty bitty hot peppers in it, they didn't seal so I gotta re-do that batch and I'll see if it needs more heat or not!
