Filtered sunlight?

What would grow best in the winter with filtered sunlight (in the woods after leaf drop) wheat, oats or rye or something else??

I'd go with wheat.

I've had decent luck with wheat in those types of situations, roads, etc.

Winter wheat worked great on a place I used to hunt. Roads 3 Bush hog width wide and nice and green. Oats never got going. Peas were destroyed quickly by the deer.
