First Bear picture ever

Checked my camera the other day, it was knocked over with claw marks on it. I knew something was up. rushed back to check the memory card and sure enough this guy was on it. Never done any bear hunting before but i figured if the opportunity was there i would give it a try. Is this guy a legal bear ? If so any tips?

Lumpkin yes, will not be hunting over the corn just happened to be spotted there. I saw the weight limit is above 75 pounds and i'm figuring he is at the very least 120ish.
