we eat a few of our gar , they are good but they are a pain to clean. most of my fish end up as fertilizer in our garden or food plots.

If it is saltwater fish ( sheepshead ,mullet,flounder) they are eaten quickly by me . If its freshwater fish I have a couple people that will not let them go to waste .
