Fixing scratches in glossy poly

I have a table top done in a high gloss polyurethane finish. It has light surface scratches from items getting moved around on the top of it. Is there a way to "buff" these out without having to go back and do another layer of poly?

I use a lot of different polishing compounds to put a high gloss finish on my pens. EEE Ultra shine, novus plastic polish, automotive polishing compounds. They sll work well. My wife bought some of the Amidh Wood Milk from Bed Bathand Beyond. It works decent also.
