I thought I would pass this along. I just bought a FNS Compact 40 cal, 3 mags, and with night sites for $349.00. Ordered last night, shipped today.

I just saw that military and leo can order them for $299 here:

Apparently they are giving up on the 40 cal because the 9's are regular price.

FN holds large military contracts so I reckon its because the 9mm is a NATO round and the 40 is not. (?)
