Found some supper today.

The Mrs and I took a hike hunting for mushrooms.
We found two nice RamsHead.
Gonna get them cleaned up and try some breaded and fried to go with some wings.

That looks great! I haven't found a fresh clump of hen of the woods in three or four years. It's delicious.

They really popped here in the last week. They have been in good supply for quite a few years when the time is right.
