Absolutely gorgeous Fall evening here. Spatchcock chicken, turnip greens and turnips and salad goodness all courtesy of Windy Hill Farms. First time in many years I don’t have a Fall garden. Just didn’t happen with selling the old homestead and making the full time move to up here. I miss it but pay those fine folks a visit every Friday since that’s the one day a week they open to the public.
