I'd like some books to read in evenings. I wonder around book stores and internet and can't commit. Give me some good ideas for some good books! And why you like reading them

I had several of his books that I read while out at sea in the Navy, Tales of the South Pacific, The Covenant and Alaska. All great reads

Really depends upon your interest. I really like most anything by Tom Clanceyand the Mitch Rapp series by Vince Flynn. I also like fantasy, sword and sorcerer type stuff. Try The Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind or The Shannara series by Terry Brooks
