The level of work he puts in is insane. Literally every scale done by hand. His aren't the cheapest, but the cheapest price is the worst thing to look for in a mount.

If you want to mount a fish to hang in the mancave for 30 years, I want to pay for the best. An extra hundred or two hundred on the mount is a small price to pay for true artistry.

I agree I see what you are saying on color. Could be a little darker on the back and head. Color is tough to match because the fish looks so different in different types of lighting. Same goes for the mount. The pics I sent in were of the fish in direct sunlight so that’s what was replicated in the mount. And yes it’s definitely worth the extra money! Would never know it was a replica unless you take it off of the wall.
