Gsp breeder recommendations

Never owned a Gsp but am very interested in the breed. I'm looking for something that will of course bird hunt but would also like to possibly do some shed hunting. Will be an outdoor dog.

Anybody know of any reputable breeders?

Where is your general area you live in or do you mind traveling any distance to a kennel? Lots of breeders to choose from.

I know of a father and son who have some in South East GA. They have some well known dogs running field trials and I have hunted behind their dogs on numerous occasions.

Talk to either Dave or Lee at Walker Farm and Kennel in Forsyth. The number at the farm is 404-867-4492 or you can reach Lee at 770-655-8319. Dave is a very well known trainer. He has breed and trained a lot of dogs on the field trial circuit. He also has a training facility in North Dakota.

Brother in law had one.

Close ranging wonderful dog....but was an inside dog. Was actually his daughter's pet.

Dove, ducks and quail fetcher.
