hollow bolt extensions for AR's with folding adapters and silent capture springs

Does anyone know if someone other than Anarchy makes hollow bolt extensions for use with the LAW folding adapters and the silent capture springs like the ones JP Industries and Armaspec makes ? I bought a polymer one online years ago for around $20-$30 and now can only find the Anarchy ones, they're a little pricey for what they are , $65, I just can't see that
