Home Made Call Instructions

Anybody got any instructions on making homemade calls?

I'd like to play around at making some slate calls, and letting my girls help.

Where do you guys get your slate?

How do you smooth it out?

Do you glue it in the sounding board, etc?


I purchased some slate tiles at Home Depot to start playing around with, but will need to cut it into a circle and smooth it out.

Hopefully they will get me straightend out tomorrow

Go to Bud and Bettys Custom Calls, its on thier website. GADAWGS did they take care of the problem with your DVD. Seem like real nice folks....
