What kind of "proof" does a person need to file for a Change of Venue in court proceedings? If, say you know you won't get a fair shake for whatever reason.
Don't want to let to much of the cat out of the bag unless it's via PM.
I'm involved in a misdemeanor case where I'm planning to demand a Jury Trial rather than a "Municipal Court" bench trial. I've NEVER heard of a not guilty plea prevailing in one of those courts.
I have also demanded a Jury Trial in a differet county and city before now to be bound over to state court and got it.
Bout' all I can say for now except PM.
