How to patch a popup blind?

I have an L shape tear appx 8"x8" in the roof of a popup blind. Looking for suggestions on how to patch.

Gorilla brand duct tape. It is a different animal.

I have used Black Gorilla brand duct tape on a jacket in the back shoulder area. I have worn it for an hour or so twice daily since it got cool this year to feed and deal with dogs. I applied it last winter and did the same then for about a month. It is still good to go. It would probably work on your roof. Eventually the sun would get it like everything else.

I also have a black heavy wt. frog toggs rain jacket with a small snag repaired a couple of years ago with that stuff.

Zip-Tape from any hardware store that sells zip system(green and red sheathing). It's $30 a roll but my son busted his tub in his bathroom around the drain and I patched it with zip-tape to get by...that was a year ago and still holding. I use that stuff on everything around here.

Needle and thread can do wonders in fabric.

They make Gorilla tape in camo now also. China mart has it.
