Good find! I like them and eat them frequently. The only thing I don't like about them is that they will stain your cutting board and such.

I fried up one of the blue mushrooms with our eggs and some local bacon. Not bad at all. A real earthy flavor, different from chanterelles. Worthy of looking for more.
