Jake Fromm deserves to be part of Heisman conversation

As someone already said, Fromm will not have the stats to win the award.

Winning the Heisman does not equal success at the next level. Right now I can think of only three current NFL players who won the Heisman...Winton, Mariota and Cam Newton. Newton had one good season when he went to the superbowl but overall these three players have had very average NFL careers...at best.

And who can forget Archie Griffin...he won TWO Heismans, the only person to do so, and then had a forgettable 7-year career in the NFL averaging only 400 yards rushing per season.

Fromm will do okay at the next level even without winning the Heisman.

Overall, his stats and leadership should win, but as said, SEC athletes have to blow the doors off to win.

No they go by completion percentage but that don’t matter because it’s UGA does it??

We will see who is more successful in the NFL!

If UGA would let Fromm air it out instead of RBU his numbers would be off the charts!
Completion percentage? Running backs and defensive players don't have completion percentages. Lol. A QB has to put up huge numbers to get consideration.

The best part of the season is in front of Jake and the dogs.

Don't throw the baby out with the bath water.

You still have the same problem....You got to get it done.

The blame will fall on Kirby and Jake, or the accolades will fall on Kirby and Jake.

Fromm should definitely be in the discussion...tosu and okie are starting second string QB's against avg. to below avg. competition so far, as the season plays out we'll see how good they are,...actually I know how good Hurts is, so does UGA...Hurts may very well win the Heisman because of his story, not because he's better than Tua

Jake on most other teams would be a candidate. However we’ll never know how good he is, or just how important he is to the Pups success. Why? Because he’s protected by 5 stars, hands off and throws to 5 stars and then walks off each series to 5 stars coming in to play D, in every game.

So regardless of who’s a fan(atic) of the kid, he can’t be considered because of that.

Well SOMEONE on here, @Throwback , predicted that UGA would be an 8-4 team without him so he must be worth something
