Short notice but headed down in the morning for the rest of the week. Any fish off the pier right now? Any help appreciated.

I’ve heard of whiting mostly being caught. I’m sure the normal summer bite will be along anytime now, sharks, whiting, rays, croker.

Flounder should be hitting on the tide changes. Live mud minnow or finger mullet on Carolina rig worked slowly across bottom and near the pilings.

Are you required to have a special permit to fish from the piers other than salt water license?
