Does anyone on this board have knowledge of this verse used in a recent speech? If so, where is a reliable copy?

16:2 They will put you out of the synagogues; yes, the time is coming that whoever kills you will think that he offers God service. 16:3 And these things they will do to you because they have not known the Father nor Me.

When you find out, let me know. I've heard this Scripture used many times, but not specifically by a public figure.

The mistake was supposely made by John Kerry a few weeks ago!

This has been on here before with people saying it came from a Kerry speech and others saying that it came from a Bush speech. In truth, it probably wasn't used in a speech from either.

I supect it's more an ugly wish than truth, since I've not been able to find any proof.
I did not mention names and thats' as it should be. More than the question is gossip.
