Kansas equipment question

Ok I was reading the legal equipment section of the Kansas hunting regs and it reads “arrows tipped with broadheads that when fully expanded cannot pass through a 3/4” ring” not sure if I’m reading this right but it sounds like 3/4” is the max cut? Does anyone have any experience hunting in Kansas and know what this means

Welcome back.
Not that I know but I would hope they wrote that 3/4 would be the minimum cut.

hunting big game must be equipped with broadhead points that when fully expanded cannot pass through a ring 3/4-inch in diameter. Copied this off their website, am I not reading it right?

Your statement states basically it must be more than 3/4 inch
