Lake Russell in Habersham

I was wondering how the fishing is at Lake Russell in Habersham County. I am looking to take my nine year old up there this weekend.

tourney up their last weekend not so good....best fish 5lbs. most weight 20 lbs...they say their postin gettin ready to move into shallow water at the bridges

WHat kind of fish

They are some monster bass there but catching is a diffrent story cause the water is so shallow.
Bream fishing great caught my share of slabs there
Fish it a lot in the summer just to get my boat off the big water
